Eating up my stress?

Askm...

Nothing much happened past few days except that I had been busy catching up with my never ending work... Am I complaining? Eerr... No! (really Ereen?!)
After Kampung Rong Kho, I told myself that I shall not complain again... I have so much things to be grateful for...

I am in the 'eating mode' no adays, I guess it's the stress, of many things.

Let me tell you my food diary for yesterday:

8am: Not hungry but "breakfast is the most important meal of the day"
        So, Nasi lemak it is! (I just miss this so much, had it twice for the past 1 week actually)

10am: Nasi goreng 1 senduk- after meeting at the faculty mesti makan sebab semua orang makan.
          I cup of teh-tarik sebab ada meeting lain in the department, so tumpang sekaki (the meehoon looks     
          so yummy, but I was already full)

1.45pm: Lunch: ikan tenggiri look alike masak kari, ulam2 with a sudu of sambal belacan, 1 sudu each of nasi goreng and mee goreng, 2 yes TWO curry puffs and another cup of teh tarik.

5.30pm: after the department meeting...i thought I was the only one yg lapar...oh, no... there were 3 roti jala left and i had one (TERPAKSA share!) and some beehoon from the morning.

8.30pm: After trying to resist the ikan masin jeruk so hard, I succumbed to it! Had like 2 senduk of nasi kut! What?! With the cili padi, perah air limau kasturi- orang yang kena stroke kat deria rasa je yang akan tolak this kind of lauk... i had it with taugeh and tauhu goreng.

9pm: a mug of 2 in 1 coffee.

Total calories: Who cares?!

Total guilt: a whole lot but, at least my tummy is happy!

Conclusion: Meeting is so not good... M-eating is good!

Today: I better behave..

ok! class starting soon!
